Kenai River Bed-n-Breakfast is dedicated to providing its guests with a beautiful clean and fun environment during their stay. In order to do this we require our guest to follow some simple guidelines.
1. Check-in is 4 p.m. and check out his 11 a.m.
2. No pets as they can create problems for some of our guests with allergies.
3. Leave the property In the condition it was in when you arrived.
4. Treat our place like you would treat your own home.
5. Use proper trash receptacles and keep the yard clean.
6. DVDs from the collection are provided for your enjoyment they are not yours to keep.
7. Be respectful of the neighbors both around the property and on the river.
8. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE.
9. NO FISH CLEANING OR PROCESSING INSIDE THE HOUSE (A Fish cleaning station Is provided down by the river).
10. There is no maid service provided.
Kenai river Bed-n-Breakfast also has rules regarding returns of deposits in order for Kenai River Bed-n-Breakfast to recoup costs of the last-minute cancellation in which a new reservation will be difficult to fill.
- 100% refund 90 days prior to check-in
- 75% refund 60 days prior to check-in
- 50% refund 45 days prior to check-in
- No refund after 45 days until check-in.
NOTE: In certain situations we will work with you, if your space can be filled we will consider a 90% refund.
